Commonly Asked Questions
No, our buses are designed for smaller groups and have limited storage space. Travelers can contact their hotel to make arrangements or there are lockers available at Central train station. Arrangements will need to be made well before the pick up time. There is no tour on the day I want to travel, will there be?
If you do not see an available tour listed for the day you would like to travel, it may mean that the tour is already booked to capacity for that particular day, or that we do not have
a tour scheduled for that day.
Please contact us and let us know which date you would like to travel and we'll let you know if a tour is available.

Kids are most welcome, especially on our Blue Mountains tour! Our child rates apply to children aged 12 years and under.
If you're joining one of our award-winning wine tours, please note that the minimum drinking age in Australia is 18 years old.
Also note that the Wildlife in the Wild tour is not suitable for children under 6 years of age, due to the long day and late return to the city, as well as the potential negative impact on animals and other guests if they become unsettled during the day or evening. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that their children do not impact on the enjoyment of other guests on the tour.
All of our vehicles are equipped with adult seatbelts, and not all vehicles have anchor points available for capsule/car seats or boosters. Infants under 2 years can travel on your lap on most of our vehicles, at no cost if you let us know when booking. NSW law requires all children under 7 years of age be equipped with a capsule, car seat or booster where anchor points are available in the vehicle, but it is not possible to travel with an infant or child of any age on your lap when anchor points are available on the vehicle. If you require child restraints or booster seats, please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange it for you where possible on your vehicle. What are your pick-up locations?
